§ 8 Right of withdrawal

The products are manufactured exclusively for the customer; A right of revocation or withdrawal is therefore fundamentally excluded.

StoryTeez.com wants to offer the customer the best possible purchasing experience:

If the customer doesn't like the size or doesn't like the product, StoryTeez.com offers an exchange in the form of a voucher. A refund of the purchase price is excluded.

A 14-day return policy applies; The customer bears the costs for the return.

§ 9 Warranty

(1) The statutory warranty rights apply to the products we offer.

(2) In the event of returns due to defects, storyteez.com will also cover the postage costs.

(3) Given the current state of technology, data communication via the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be error-free and/or available at all times. Storyteez.com is therefore not liable for the constant and uninterrupted availability of the online offering.

(4) Defects and reasons for complaint:

Clear manufacturing or processing errors are considered legitimate grounds for complaint. In these cases we of course offer a free replacement.

In the event of product or printing defects, StoryTeez.com requires clear photos showing the defect for inspection. In addition, complaints are also submitted where the eligibility either still needs to be checked or does not exist. The most common cases and how to deal with them are summarized here.

Product and printing defects

A legitimate reason for a complaint is generally a clear manufacturing or processing defect in the product as well as a misprint. In such a case, StoryTeez.com will arrange a free reprint.

First wash & care instructions

Experience has shown that any defects in print durability become apparent after the first wash . The reason for this is usually incorrect pre-treatment of the textile by the manufacturer. Therefore, print products must be checked promptly after delivery and washed following the washing instructions in order to be able to identify and complain about these defects. If defects arise due to non-compliance, these are not considered grounds for complaint.

Yellow frame on textile

With some textiles, a yellowish-brown veil or frame may appear around the print motif. Heather colors are primarily affected by this. The cause is drying residue, which cannot always be avoided. However, the residues generally disappear after 1-2 washes. If this does not happen after two washes, there is probably another cause, which StoryTeez.com will be happy to check.

Inappropriate clothing size

Textile sizes are not subject to any standardization, which is why size M from manufacturer A can be completely different than the same size from manufacturer B. We therefore offer a measurement table with information for width and height for each product as a guide. The information refers to an unwashed textile and is without guarantee(!). If the actual information differs by more than +/- 5% after we have checked it, StoryTeez.com will deliver a replacement free of charge as a gesture of goodwill.

Image vs. printing inks

Design images may vary in color from actual print colors. Basically, the colors in the pictures look a little richer or the colors on the shirt appear a little darker

Why is the subject crooked or incorrectly positioned?

Positioning is subject to tolerances and textiles are not always cut exactly straight. In the event of major discrepancies, StoryTeez.com will provide a replacement.
